Ana María Guzmán Olmos (KHK c:o/re, RWTH Aachen University) and Gudrun Rohde (Living Labs Incubator, RWTH Aachen University) are inviting papers for their panel “The politics of expertise. Hybrid objects between aesthetics, science and activism” for the EASST 2026 conference in Krakow, 8-11 September 2026.
The panel engages with the question of the epistemic claims made via politico-aesthetic objects, and the practices of knowledge associated with them. It explores collaborations between art, activism, and research as well as the democratization of knowledge in Living labs.
