Inauguration

On Monday, July 4th 2022 we marked the founding of c:o/re with an inauguration event in the Coronation Hall of Aachen's Historical Town Hall.

The Importance of Science Communication Research and of Science Studies for the Region – Opening of the RRC in Dortmund

The digital (re-)mediatization of gender, particularly womanhood, changes not only social representations of but also academic discourses on gender.

Outlook

On September 21st to 22nd, 2022, we will be hosting a Hackathon at our center together with the leading institution on Science Communication in Germany “Wissenschaft im Dialog” (WiD).

Science communication is one of the key-challengs of scientific research, especially in times of post-truth, “alternative facts” and growing mistrust in science. “Unboxing science” is our mission at c:o/re.
